An abnormal behavior detection device, an abnormal behavior detection method, and an abnormal behavior detection system for a nursing facility according to the present invention: acquire the behavior of a patient to be nursed; store the behavior in association with the acquisition time thereof in a storage unit; determine the presence or absence of an abnormality in the behavior of the patient to be nursed on the basis of a plurality of time-sequential behaviors, made in the past, of the patient to be nursed stored in the storage unit and a plurality of time-sequential behaviors, made most recently, of the patient to be nursed stored in the storage unit; and provide notification of the determination result to the outside.
