Provided are an image blurring correction device, an image capture device, an image blurring correction method, and an image blurring correction program which make it possible to maintain image blurring correction performance while reducing the amount of electric power used. A digital camera (100) is provided with: a plurality of drive units for causing a movable member (2) including an image capture element (20) to be moved in directions X, Y, θ along a light reception surface (20a) of the image capture element (20); and a system control unit (108) which controls the plurality of drive units. The system control unit (108) is provided with: an electric power amount determination unit (108A) which determines an electric power amount to be supplied to each of the plurality of drive units to cause the movable member (2) to be moved to a target position; and a drive control unit (108B) which performs a first control such that, while ratios of the electric power amounts determined by the electric power amount determination unit (108A) are maintained, a total value of the electric power amounts determined by the electric power amount determination unit (108A) is decreased, and the electric power amounts after the decrease are supplied to the drive units.
