A laser-hardened low carbon steel sheet, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises, by wt%, 0.02 to 0.05% of C, 1.0% or less (excluding 0%) of Si, 3.0% or less (excluding 0%) of Mn, 1.0 to 5.0% of Cr, 0.02% or less of P (excluding 0%), 0.01% or less (excluding 0%) of S, and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities, and comprises a thermal transformation part formed at one portion of the steel sheet, wherein the thermal transformation part comprises at least 50 volume% of martensite and bainite as a sum thereof.
