The present invention can provide a contrast medium specifically binding to vascular endothelial cells. To this end, a contrast medium specifically binding to vascular endothelial cells, according to the present invention, can contain a target-binding material and a contrast material which specifically binds to vascular endothelial cells, wherein the target-binding material is one or more bioreceptors selected from the group consisting of aptamers, antibodies, peptides, enzymes and receptors, and the contrast material can be a radioactive contrast material or a material improving the contrast of an MRI or ultrasound image.
