Disclosed are a live broadcast interaction method and apparatus, and a terminal device and a storage medium. The live broadcast interaction method comprises the following steps executed by a service end: receiving, in real time, a live video stream uploaded by a first client; performing animation synthesis processing on the live video stream to obtain a first synthesized video stream; sending the first synthesized video stream to a second client for playing; if an interaction operation instruction sent by the second client is received, acquiring a target response video corresponding to the interaction operation instruction; performing animation conversion on the target response video, and synthesizing the converted target response video with a current live video stream to obtain a second synthesized video stream; and sending the second synthesized video stream to the second client for playing. The technical solution of the present application improves the interactivity of live broadcast between an anchor and each user during a network live broadcast process, also increases the interaction enthusiasm and initiative of users, and improves the intelligentized level of live broadcast interaction.
