A METHOD FOR QUICK BREEDING OFABIES BESHANZUENSIS EMPLOYING EMBRYO RESCUE TECHNOLOGY

Disclosed is a method for quick breeding of Abies beshanzuensis employing embryo rescue technology. The method comprises: taking an immature strobilus of a wild Abies beshanzuensis plant from the Baishanzu Nature Reserve as an initial material; after disinfecting the surface of the plant, extracting an immature embryo and an endosperm thereof, and inoculating the same into a culture medium and performing dark culturing, heterotrophic culturing, and autotrophic culturing. Embryo rescue technology enables quick breeding of several generations of Abies beshanzuensis plants, thereby ensuring the acquisition of a greater number of Abies beshanzuensis plants within a shorter time period.
