A multi-angle blood vessel reconstruction method based on X-ray coronary angiography comprises the following steps: S1: obtaining 2D structural data and feature points of a blood vessel from two angiograms based on X-ray coronary angiography of two different angles; S2: segmenting the blood vessel on the corresponding angiogram according to the feature points of the blood vessel, and obtaining 2D structural data of each segment of the blood vessel; S3: three-dimensionally reconstructing the 2D structural data of the two blood vessel segments from X-ray coronary angiograms of two different angles and having a mapping relationship, and obtaining 3D structural data of the segmented blood vessel; S4: repeating step S3 until 3D reconstruction of all segmented blood vessels is completed, followed by merging the reconstructed segmented blood vessels, and thereby obtaining the entire 3D blood vessel. The advantage of the method is that an entire blood vessel is divided into small segments according to feature points, and then 3D reconstruction is performed according to the corresponding relationship between each small segment, thereby reducing errors caused by direct reconstruction of an entire blood vessel.
