APPLICATIONS OF BIOMARKER IN TERMS OF DETERMINING ANTIPHOSPHOLIPID SYNDROME AND REAGENT KIT OF BIOMARKER

Provided are applications of an antibody of MYO5A protein as a biomarker in determining antiphospholipid syndrome. The antibody of MYO5A protein comprises at least one of IgG, IgM, or IgA. This is applicable in differentiating primary and secondary antiphospholipid syndromes. Also provided is a reagent kit, made with MYO5A protein, with which the presence of antiphospholipid syndrome is determined by detecting the presence of the antibody of MYO5A protein. The applications in the present invention of the antibody of MYO5A protein serving as a biomarker in terms of determining antiphospholipid syndrome provide a novel biomarker for determining antiphospholipid syndrome, provide a novel application direction, and carry significance in identifying antiphospholipid syndrome.
