The radio frequency cable head comprises a cable head housing and a first connection member and a second connection member both arranged inside the cable head housing. The first connection member is provided with an elastic piece connecting the second connection member, and the cable head housing is provided with a probe insertion hole. The radio frequency performance testing device includes the aforementioned radio frequency cable head.
