Provided are: an austenitic heat-resistant alloy capable of exhibiting sufficient molten-salt corrosion resistance even when exposed to a molten salt at 600°C; a method for producing the austenitic heat-resistant alloy; and an austenitic heat-resistant alloy material. This austenitic heat-resistant alloy comprises a base material and a spinel-structured Ni-Fe oxide formed on the surface of the base material. The base material has a chemical composition containing, in mass%, 0.030-0.120% of C, 0.02-1.00% of Si, 0.10-2.00% of Mn, at least 20.0% and less than 28.0% of Cr, more than 35.0% and at most 50.0% of Ni, 4.0-10.0% of W, 0.01-0.30% of Ti, 0.01-1.00% of Nb, 0.0005-0.0400% of sol. Al, 0.0005-0.0100% of B, less than 0.5% of Mo, 0-0.80% of Co, and 0.050% of Cu, with the remainder comprising Fe and inevitable impurities.
