Disclosed in the present invention is a two-dimensional digital image-based continuous pore size distribution calculation method, for use in improving the accuracy of pore size measurement. The method comprises the following steps: S1, obtaining an original digital image of a material to be tested, and performing threshold segmentation on the original digital image to obtain a binary image comprising at least one pore, wherein the original digital image is a two-dimensional image; S2, calculating the Euclidean distance from each pixel in each pore in the binary image to the boundary of the pore; S3, extracting pixels having the same Euclidean distance to the boundary of the pore to form at least one closed contour line in each pore; S4, obtaining a preset Euclidean distance value, and expanding a contour line, with values equal to the preset Euclidean distance value, by the preset Euclidean distance value to form a corresponding expansion line; S5, calculating the total area of a bow shape formed by all arcs in the expansion line; and S6, calculating, according to the total area, the area of a pore having a pore size being the preset Euclidean distance value to obtain continuous pore size distribution of the material to be tested.
