A silica nanocarrier delivery system for targeting an active CD44 molecule, and a preparation method therefor. The surface of the nanosized carrier is partially modified by a targeting ligand, wherein the targeting ligand is a ligand that can specifically bind to the active CD44 molecule. Uses of the silica nanocarrier delivery system in the preparation of a drug for diagnosing, preventing and treating vulnerable plaque or diseases related to vulnerable plaque.
