NANO-TITANIUM PHOTOTHERMAL AGENT AND PREPARATION METHOD AND APPLICATION THEREOF

A nano-titanium photothermal agent, a preparation method thereof, and an application of the same in preparing a photothermal therapeutic drug. The nano-titanium photothermal agent comprises a two-dimensional titanium nanosheet and a biocompatible material coated on a surface of the two-dimensional titanium nanosheet. The preparation method comprises: providing a titanium raw material, exfoliating the titanium raw material by liquid-phase exfoliation to obtain a two-dimensional titanium nanosheet, providing a biocompatible material, and mixing the two-dimensional titanium nanosheet with the biocompatible material at 10-30°C for 3-6 h to obtain a nano-titanium photothermal agent.
