The invention relates to a method for analysing a dental representation for analysis, which represents a dental arch of a current patient in a plurality of dimensions, said method comprising the following steps: 1) creating a training set comprising more than 1000 historical dental structures, each historical dental structure comprising: an historical dental representation representing an arch of a historical patient in a plurality of dimensions; and an historical description containing a value for at least one attribute relating to a dental object associated with said historical dental representation; 2) training at least one deep learning device, preferably a neurone network, by means of the training set; and 3) submitting the dental representation for analysis to said deep learning device such that it determines, for said dental representation for analysis, at least one value for said attribute.
