[Solution] The present invention is provided with a heat transfer medium circulation channel 7 having a first heat exchange unit 6 for exchanging heat with a second heat exchange unit 5. A fixed amount of a first heat transfer medium 9 circulates in the heat transfer medium circulation channel 7. A heat source 11, which holds a second heat transfer medium 10 having a temperature difference with respect to the temperature of the first heat transfer medium 9, and the heat transfer medium circulation channel 7 are coupled by a feed pipe 12. The feed pipe 12 is connected to the side of the first heat exchange unit 6 on which an inlet end 13 is present, and a discharge pipe 19 is connected to the side of the first heat exchange unit 6 on which an outlet end 16 is present. A necessary amount of the second heat transfer medium 10 is fed through the feed pipe 12 to the side on which the inlet end 13 is present so that the detected temperature of the first heat transfer medium 9 at the outlet end 16 is kept at a required set temperature. The same amount of the first heat transfer medium 9 as that of the fed second heat transfer medium 10 is discharged from the discharge pipe 19.
