A stitchless joining-based garment manufacturing method, comprising the following steps: (1) laser cutting fabric into garment pieces having a suitable shape and size; (2) applying an adhesive in a range of 2-15 millimeters within joining edges of two garment pieces to be joined, respectively; and (3) closing up and joining the two garment pieces, and using a flatbed heat press or irradiating the adhesive with laser, so as to bond the two garment pieces. The method enables simple and direct adhesive-based press bonding and connection of various fabrics, such as 100% cotton, wool, silk, nylon or other synthetic fabrics, has simple steps, and achieves smooth joining of different types of fabrics.
