Disclosed are a customer risk assessment method, apparatus and device, and a computer-readable storage medium. The method comprises: obtaining customer account information corresponding to an assessment request upon receipt of the assessment request sent by a customer account; determining, according to the customer account information corresponding to the assessment request, the corresponding target assessment test from a preset assessment test library, and outputting the target assessment test to a terminal corresponding to the customer account for carrying out customer risk assessment; and receiving an assessment response sent by the customer account on the basis of the target assessment test, and generating a customer risk assessment result according to the assessment response. According to the solution, an assessment request is sent by means of a terminal corresponding to a customer account for carrying out customer risk assessment so as to avoid an on-site assessment of a financial institution and save the waiting time of a customer and staff input of the financial institution. Moreover, a target assessment test for the customer risk assessment is determined according to the customer account information so that the target assessment test is more purposeful and the accuracy of the customer risk assessment result is improved.
