Disclosed is a method for determining the optimal solution for mine ventilation network optimization. A ventilation network of the method has p nodes and b branches, a feasible solution for ventilation network optimization is expressed using QM(qm1, qm2, …, qmj, …, qmb) and SM(sm1, sm2, …, smj, …, smb), where qmj is the branch air volume, and smj is an adjusted air resistance value. The method comprises the following steps: step one, determining a necessary condition satisfied by the optimal solution; and step two, determining the optimal solution for ventilation network optimization. The method obviates the need to employ a complex theoretical calculation to verify the result of mine ventilation network optimization, obviates the need to employ various optimization calculation methods for mutual verification, directly determines, on the basis of the optimization calculation result and of structural characteristics of the ventilation network, whether the feasible solution for ventilation network optimization is the optimal solution, and accurately determines whether an onsite adjustment position is the best, thus guiding the onsite ventilation network adjustment.
