The panel is slidably connected to the top wall of the holder body, and is connected to the driving device; the driving device and the electromagnetic valve are provided in the holder body, and the electromagnetic valve is connected to the driving device; the wireless transmitting coil is provided in an internal cavity of the panel; the control circuit board is provided in the holder body; the electromagnetic valve is connected to the control circuit board; the holder body is provided with a corresponding charging interface, and the charging interface is connected to the control circuit board; a wire slot is formed in the top wall of the holder body; the wireless transmitting coil is electrically connected to the control circuit board by means of the wire slot.
