REAL-TIME DETECTION DEVICE AND METHOD FOR HOUSEHOLD WASTE COMPONENTS IN INCINERATOR

Disclosed is a real-time detection device for household waste components in an incinerator, comprising: a fiber optic sensor that faces combustion flames of a household waste combustion zone by means of an observation hole on an incinerator; a spectrometer that receives optical signals of the fiber optic sensor; an industrial computer that receives data of the spectrometer and outputs household waste components by means of a household waste component detection program, wherein said household waste component detection program uses the fiber optic sensor and the spectrometer to obtain spectrum information of household waste combustion flames in the incinerator, and detects in real time the household waste components on the basis of combustion flame spectra of individual garbage components. Further disclosed is a real-time detection method for household waste components in an incinerator. Compared to manual classification sampling detection, the device and method of the present invention have the advantages of high efficiency, quickness, accuracy, real-time updates and so on, and may realize stable combustion in a household waste incinerator, the reduction of pollutant emissions, and the efficient and clean utilization of household wastes.
