Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are directed towards an interactive sports simulation system and method for training a user. The system comprising a haptic feedback enabled device configured for enabling a user to perform a sporting activity comprising a vibration motors and a handle. The system further comprising a feet detection device and a two-dimensional tracking device comprise a photosensitive sensors positioned on bars and laser emitters positioned along a line of sight of the photosensitive sensors. The laser emitters configured to emit laser beams on the photosensitive sensors to detect the user's presence and the two-dimensional location in a play area. The system further comprising at least one second processing device positioned in the feet detection device and at least one third processing device positioned in the two-dimensional tracking device configured to interface with the laser emitters and the photosensitive sensors.
