The present invention provides an automated production line whole-process monitoring method for herb fiber biological refining, comprising the following solution: by means of a control center, controlling, on the basis of a line speed configured by the control center, the operation of a material transportation mechanism of a preprocessing device, a material transportation mechanism of a seeding device, a material transportation mechanism of a fermentation device, a material transportation mechanism of a sterilization device, a material transportation mechanism of a water treatment device, a material transportation mechanism of an oil dipping device, a material transportation mechanism of a drying device, a material transportation mechanism of an opening and loosening device, a material transportation mechanism of a packing device, and a material transportation mechanism between the above adjacent devices, such that the speeds of preprocessing, seeding, fermentation, sterilization, water treatment, oil dipping, drying, opening and loosening and packing are coordinated and consistent, realizing seamless connection between adjacent processes. The present invention resolves the technical issues in the prior art for a herb fiber biological refining process in which devices operate in different speeds and the supply of required materials is not coordinated.
