Further, the computer refers to a database having accumulated therein data regarding suitable combinations of the types of support plate and the types of components in the component supply tape, determines the suitability of the combination of the type of support plate and the type of components in the component supply tape that have been acquired, and delivers a message corresponding to the result of the suitability determination of the combination, to at least one among a display device (33), an audio device, and a portable terminal.
