Disclosed is a left atrial appendage occlusion and ablation device (100), comprising a seal (110), which is located at a proximal end, for occluding the left atrial appendage (7), and an anchor (130), which is located at a distal end, for anchoring the device (100) in the left atrial appendage (7). The device (100) further comprises an ablation member (120) for the circumferential ablation of an inner wall of the left atrial appendage (7). The ablation member (120) comprises electrodes (122) and an annular skeleton (121), which are fitted to the inner wall to be ablated of the left atrial appendage, the electrodes (122) being electrically connected to a radio source. The left atrial appendage occlusion and ablation device (100) can achieve the simultaneous occlusion and ablation of the left atrial appendage (7), is simple to operate and convenient to use, and does not have a great influence on an operation approach and the operation time.
