The present invention relates to virtual wind tunnel analysis that enables a user to determine whether a designed model is suitable and, more particularly, to a virtual wind tunnel system and a heat flow analysis method which requires no special experienced analyst for thermal flow analysis and enables an untrained user to directly analyze a heat flow. The method comprises: a step of creating a model file by a CAD program; a pre-processing step of generating, by a user, a volume mesh and a surface mesh by calling the model file via a GUI in an integration environment of a computer; a solving step of processing the generated information so as to calculate an analysis result value; and a post-processing step of visualizing the result value, wherein the pre-processing step is a step of reading the model file, generating a domain suitable for a model size, inspecting and cleaning an intersection, and then specifying a mesh input value (a boundary condition) so as to automatically generate the surface mesh and the volume mesh, and the post-processing step is achieved in the integrated environment of the computer. A method and system for automatic virtual wind tunnel analysis, configured according to the present invention, does not require learning and understanding of complicated and specialized menus provided by a CAE program, and enables generation of a mesh and configuration of a boundary condition (an analysis condition) to be automatically performed only by specifying a pre-defined attribute value by a designer during a work procedure of modeling a 3-dimemsional stereoscopic shape, without relying on the designer's expertise.
