The present invention provides a weather radar device capable of accurately and quickly predicting and analyzing heavy rain, which is a specific and localized weather phenomenon, and estimating a valid threat level from the prediction result. A weather radar device according to an embodiment comprises a radar signal processing device for processing a radar signal received from an antenna and generating observation data relating to a weather phenomenon and a computer for processing the observation data.
