The present invention relates to a system and a method for reusing pesticide for preventing liquid pesticide from falling onto the surface of the soil around crops and for collecting and reusing same. The system comprises: at least one expansion tube disposed on the ground across the crops and expanding in an outer diameter direction by air injection; at least one cover installed over the expansion tube for covering the soil around the crops; and an adhesive member for partially connecting the expansion tube and the cover and detachably fixing the expansion tube and the cover such that the cover is removed from the expansion tube upon expansion of the expansion tube, wherein the cover is made of absorbent material so as to absorb the liquid pesticide, thereby collecting the pesticide falling onto the soil around the crops.
