A network management entity comprises a processor configured to generate radio resource pool configuration information, wherein the radio resource pool configuration information comprises a correspondence of one or more possible physical motion parameters to one or more radio resource pools and/or a correspondence of one or more flow identities to one or more radio resource pools; and a communication interface configured to transmit the radio resource pool configuration information to one or more sidelink communication devices.
