A loop antenna according to the present invention is composed of: a loop conductive wire continuously wound in one direction so that the number of windings is n (n is an integer of 3 or more); a starting point and an end point which are provided on the outermost circumference or innermost circumference of the loop conductive wire; a transition region in which the loop conductive wire is curved so as to transition from loops positioned relatively on the outside to loops positioned on the inside as the loop conductive wire is wound, and which has a series of sections in which a plurality of loops are sequentially curved, from the first loop positioned on the outermost circumference toward the n-1th loop; an insulating layer which is provided overlapping the loop conductive wire and the transition region, and which comprises a first through-hole provided at a position corresponding to an end of the first loop and a second through-hole provided at a position corresponding to an end of the nth loop; and a jumper wire which is provided on the insulation layer so as to pass through the transition region in a plan view, and which is formed between the first through-hole and the second through-hole and electrically connects the first loop and the nth loop.
