This motor function evaluation device is configured to perform a timed up and go test which measures the time taken for a subject to stand up from a chair, go around a sign at a predetermined distance, and sit on the chair again. The motor function evaluation device includes a communication unit which is configured to acquire measurement data of an inertial sensor worn on a body of the subject, and a control unit which is configured to detect a rising time at which the subject stands up from the chair and a seating time at which the subject sits on the chair on the basis of the measurement data acquired by the communication unit, and to calculate the time taken using the detected rising time and seating time.
