The present invention relates to a panel manufacturing apparatus, for interior/exterior material board panels, capable of performing transfer even on front and back faces and two side faces. The apparatus is characterized in that: a board panel, which is in a state where a primer has been applied thereto and has been dried in advance by passing through a drier, is heated while passing over a pre-heated heater so that the time for applying and drying the primer is shortened and thus, a working time is shortened; bonding resin is applied onto a transfer film instead of applying the bonding resin onto the board panel and thus, a defect rate is significantly reduced; since a large load is not applied to an adhesive roller, the adhesive roller is not strained and is semi-permanently usable; since transfer treatment is performed even on the top and front and back faces of the board panel, merchantability is improved and it is possible to manufacture an expensive transfer board panel; drying is performed in a drier installed on a line without requiring a separate drying time and thus, the production amount increases by the time required for conventional drying; and continuous operation for performing transfer on the board panel becomes possible so that the production speed of a transfer board panel and the production amount may be significantly increased.
