The invention relates to a device (1) for the additive manufacture of a component, having at least one conveying element (2) for conveying a filament (3) in the direction of a nozzle (4). The conveying element (2) is designed to form an outer thread (5) in the form of an outer thread pressed into the filament (3), and the conveying element (2) has a thread forming element (22), in particular a pressing thread cutter, on an inner circumference in order to connect the filament (3) and the thread forming element (22) in a formfitting manner. The invention further relates to a 3D printer (100) comprising such a device (1) and to a method for the additive manufacture of a component comprising such a device (1).
