The present invention is directed to a child's ball toy with changing facial expressions and features which has novel play attributes and also stimulative expressive use for autism. An upper and lower spherical dome are attached together as a soft foam or rubber ball by fixing means, which enable them to rotate independently and enable a child or adult to change upper and lower facial expressions for the mouth and eyes. Various facial expressions are provided on the dome surfaces, as are changeable novel fittings such as hats, hair and sunglasses.
