The method comprises: after a multi-task network model has been used to respectively determine a first feature and a second feature of an inputted target image, configuring a fused feature of the target image according to the first feature and the second feature of the target image, and determining, according to the fused feature, whether the target image is a near-duplicate image of a candidate image, wherein the first feature is an image feature comprising inter-class variations and intra-class variations, and the second feature is an image feature indicating the intra-class variations.
