Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for selecting a sidelink transmission resource, a configuration method, a terminal, and a network apparatus. The method for selecting a sidelink transmission resource is applicable to a terminal, and comprises: selecting, according to requirement information of a selection parameter of a service data packet to be sent and configuration information of the selection parameter corresponding to a transmission resource, the transmission resource to be used for transmission of the service data packet, wherein the selection parameter comprises a communication range of the service data packet, and the transmission resource comprises a carrier wave and/or a BWP.
