A residual heat collecting and utilizing system for use in an underground neutron energy power plant, comprising a main power generation system residual heat utilizing loop (1) and a shielding structure residual heat collecting and utilizing loop (2). The main power generation system residual heat utilizing loop (1) comprises a first heat exchanger (11) that is connected to a power generation system (7) of an underground neutron energy power plant, wherein the first heat exchanger (11) is connected to a first heat sink (4), and the power generation system (7) is connected to an energy generation system (5) of the underground neutron energy power plant. The shielding structure residual heat collecting and utilizing loop (2) comprises a heat exchange tube (21), second heat exchanger (22) and second heat sink (4) that are successively connected, and the heat exchange tube (21) is disposed on an outer peripheral side of the energy generation system (5). The residual heat collecting and utilizing system may improve the usage efficiency of energy and facilitate the safe operation of nuclear facilities.
