A threat information evaluation device for evaluating threat information and having: an allocation unit for allocating, to a security administrator or an evaluation unit, threat information in a threat information list that has been input; and an evaluation unit for evaluating threat information allocated to the evaluation unit. The allocation unit calculates an estimated accuracy on the basis of the evaluation carried out by the evaluation unit and the evaluation determined by the security administrator, and carries out the allocation on the basis of the estimated accuracy.
