The present invention relates to a method for determining optimal locations of multiple wellbores in an oil and gas reservoir. The present invention proposes a selection method using an artificial neural network which replaces an existing computational model. Further, there are a practical limit and increasing uncertainty in directly applying an artificial neural network to a case in which the amount of data is very large. In this regard, the present invention proposes a method in which an artificial neural network can be applied sequentially and by stages. Therefore, it is expected that optimal locations of multiple wellbores can be effectively and reliably selected using the method even when the amount of data is very large.
