The present invention relates to an apparatus for automatically measuring the characteristic profile of underground water according to depth, comprising: a housing having an accommodation part capable of accommodating fluid in a closed state, and lengthily disposed in a depth direction in an underground water observation well; a pressure regulating part capable of increasing or reducing the pressure of the accommodation part; a moving body which includes a buoyancy guide of which one side is opened so as to enable the fluid to flow in and out and a buoyancy regulating part disposed inside the buoyancy guide such that the apparent density thereof varies according to the pressure of the accommodation part, and which is lowered or raised in the fluid according to the apparent density of the buoyancy regulating part; and a measuring body which floats in underground water outside the housing, dependently moves by means of the movement of the moving body and includes at least one sensor.
