The present invention relates to an electrochemistry-mass spectrometry hybrid device and a use method thereof, resolving the technical issues of structural complexity, manufacturing and operational difficulties, instability and poor continuity of an electrochemical reaction, and inadequate real-time and in-situ monitoring and analysis of a complicated electrochemical reaction system in the prior art. Provided is the electrochemistry-mass spectrometry hybrid device comprising a mass spectrometer and an electrochemical reaction device. The electrochemical reaction device is provided with a power supply work station, an electrochemical electrode assembly, and an electrochemical reaction platform. The electrochemical reaction platform is a carrier having at least one sharp corner, and one sharp corner of the carrier is set as a sample corner. The electrochemical electrode assembly controls, by means of the power supply work station, a voltage provided to an electrochemical reaction and an electrospray voltage of a sample solution, such that an electrochemical reaction of the sample solution under test occurs at the sample corner, leading to electrospray ionization, and causes electrospray ions to enter a mass spectrometry sample inlet. Further provided is the use method of the electrochemistry-mass spectrometry hybrid device. The present invention is widely applicable in the technical field of electrochemical analysis.
