A single-frequency time-varying threshold-based one-bit echo data acquisition method and a system. Said method comprises: an SAR transmitting a linear frequency modulation pulse signal to a detected target (S100); an SAR receiver receiving an echo signal reflected back by the detected target, and generating a single-frequency time-varying threshold (S200); performing one-bit quantization processing on the echo signal using the single-frequency time-varying threshold (S300); and the SAR repeatedly transmitting the linear frequency modulation pulse signal to the detected target, and repeatedly receiving the echo signal and performing one-bit quantization on the echo signal, so as to obtain one-bit SAR echo data (S400). A single-frequency time-varying threshold is used to perform one-bit quantization processing on the echo signal, so as to obtain one-bit echo data, effectively reducing the complexity and cost of echo data acquisition, improving the data acquisition efficiency, and being able to obtain an imaging quality similar to that of a conventional SAR.
