The present invention relates to a system and method for refunding foreigners' taxes and, more particularly, to a system and method for instantly refunding foreigners' taxes, in which taxes are easily refunded according to foreigners' purchasing behavior and a refund desk operating company (Tax Van company) can receive commission through a brokerage company without receiving commission through affiliated stores, to thereby prevent generation of receivables.
