Disclosed are an identity authentication method, an identity authentication device, and an electronic apparatus. The identity authentication method comprises: step S1, projecting broad infrared light onto an object to undergo detection, and performing a sensing operation to obtain a first infrared image of the object; step S2, acquiring, from the first infrared image, two-dimensional image information of the object, and performing comparison to determine whether the two-dimensional image information of the object matches pre-stored two-dimensional image information; step S3, projecting structured infrared light onto the object, and performing a sensing operation to obtain a second infrared image of the object; step S4, constructing, according to the second infrared image, three-dimensional image information of the object, and performing comparison to determine whether the three-dimensional image information of the object matches pre-stored three-dimensional image information; and step S5, determining, according to execution results of step S2 and step S4, whether an identity of the object is valid. The identity authentication device implements the identity authentication method. The electronic apparatus comprises the identity authentication device.
