A question and answer interactive method and apparatus, a computer device and a computer readable storage medium, the question and answer interactive method comprising: receiving a question of a user (110); acquiring an answer corresponding to the question, and acquiring at least one recommended degree of association between each intention among at least one intention in a preset intention library and the question (120); determining an intention corresponding to a recommended degree of association which exceeds a preset degree of association threshold among the at least one recommended degree of association to be a recommended intention (130); and sending an answer to the user, and pushing the recommended intention to the user (140). The described method may increase computing efficiency and simplify the process of question and answer interaction.
