Disclosed is an invention that relates to a method for producing nanoparticles using a shear flow reactor. A nanoparticle production method according to an embodiment of the present invention is a method for producing nanoparticles having a ligand bonded to the surface thereof, the method comprising a step for mixing and processing a first solution and a second solution in a shear flow reactor. The first solution contains a first solvent in which nanoparticles having a first ligand bonded to the surface thereof are dissolved, and the second solution contains a second solvent in which a second ligand is dissolved. In the nanoparticle production method, a ligand exchange reaction is carried out in the shear flow reactor to form a solution of the nanoparticles having the second ligand bonded to the surface thereof.
