A method for dismantling of biological shielding concrete of a nuclear power plant, according to one embodiment, comprises the steps of: dismantling a neutron sensing position adjuster installed in biological shielding concrete surrounding a nuclear reactor to form a plurality of penetrations in the biological shielding concrete; injecting a portion of a cutting device into the plurality of penetrations; and decomposing the biological shielding concrete into a plurality of pieces of subconcrete by means of the cutting device.
