Disclosed are a milling machine processing system with a cutting fluid nozzle capable of intelligently following up and a working method. The milling machine processing system comprises a workpiece table (1), wherein a milling machine cabinet (2) is arranged above the workpiece table (1), and the milling machine cabinet (2) is mounted with a milling cutter mechanism (3) for machining a workpiece on the workpiece table (1); a rotary mechanism (4) is mounted on an end face, on one side of a milling cutter (3-1), of the milling machine cabinet (2), and the rotary mechanism (4) is connected to a two-axis linkage mechanism to drive the two-axis linkage mechanism to rotate around the center line of the milling cutter (3-1); and the two-axis linkage system is connected to a nozzle (7) via an angle adjustment mechanism for adjusting the position and angle of the nozzle (7). The milling machine processing system is further provided with an infrared temperature detection module for acquiring the temperature of a machining area. The problems such as overheating and waste resulting from local insufficient fluid supply and local excess fluid supply are prevented, control is convenient, and sensitivity is high.
