A microfluidic chip, comprising a chip main body, and a sample inlet (2), a liquid driving force inlet (13), a main fluid channel and a plurality of function chambers arranged on the chip main body. At least one of the plurality of function chambers is a liquid quantification chamber (4, 5, 7) having a predetermined volume, a liquid identification site being arranged at a liquid outlet of the liquid quantification chamber (4, 5, 7), a liquid to be quantified flowing from a liquid inlet of the liquid quantification chamber (4, 5, 7) to the liquid quantification chamber (4, 5, 7) and reaching the liquid outlet after filling the liquid quantification chamber (4, 5, 7). The microfluidic chip identifies, positions and quantifies a liquid by means of a specific liquid quantification chamber, thereby decreasing chip manufacturing process difficulty, and increasing quantification accuracy.
