BLOCKCHAIN-BASED METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR TRACING QUALITY ACROSS WHOLE LIFE CYCLE OF PREFABRICATED COMPONENT

A blockchain-based method and system for tracing quality across the whole life cycle of a prefabricated component, wherein the method comprises: establishing a quality tracing standard for a prefabricated component the tracing information of which may be interconnected and internetworked (S1); acquiring and storing tracing information of a quality event at each node across the whole life cycle of the prefabricated component (S2); performing blockchain distributed accounting for the tracing information of the quality event at each node across the whole life cycle of the prefabricated component (S3); implementing quality tracing for each node across the whole life cycle of the prefabricated component on the basis of a uniform tracing interface and a security access policy (S4). The system comprises a uniform tracing standard module (1), a tracing information Internet of Things acquisition module (2), a tracing information blockchain accounting module (3), and a uniform querying/tracing module (4). The method may effectively solve the problems of standards, efficiency, trust, security and supervision for tracing the quality of a prefabricated component in a new building industrialization process.
