A device system for in-situ purification of river and lake bodies of water using a combined curtain-type enhanced hybrid biofilm reactor (EHBR), comprising a fan (1), a gas supply pipe (2) and an EHBR treatment unit (3). One end of a microporous EHBR curtain-type membrane assembly (5) receives gas discharged from a foam-free EHBR curtain-type membrane assembly (4), the gas is discharged into a water body by means of a microporous EHBR hollow fiber membrane after being fully utilized, microbes are adhered to the outer surface of the EHBR hollow fiber membrane and are gradually reproduced to form a complete microbial membrane, and pollutants in a river or lake body of water are purified by means of microbial degradation of the microbial membrane so as to achieve the purposes of purifying and improving the body of water in situ and maintaining the self-purifying capabilities of the river or lake body of water for a long time. Also disclosed is a method for in-situ purification of river and lake bodies of water using the combined curtain-type EHBR.
